What to Know Before Your Pedicure

By reading this section you’ll know what to expect and how to prepare for your appointment.
These guidelines help create a comfortable experience and provide the highest level of care.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING & PAYMENT

Complete the appointment form to request your New Client session.

After your request is received, I’ll contact you to schedule your appointment and process a $30.00 retainer as a one-time deposit applied toward your first service. This is payable via Zelle or credit card. There is no processing fee on the retainer.

 

The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment:

  • Zelle (preferred – no processing fee)

  • Credit card (3.5% processing fee)

  • Cash

  • Heal by Sole Gift Card

Travel Area

Heal by Sole provides mobile wellness pedicures throughout Chesterfield County, parts of Eastern and Western Henrico, and Richmond at provider’s discretion.

​​

Appointments beyond the provider’s 15-minute travel radius will be reviewed on an individual basis and include a fee based on distance, tolls, and logistics.

​

Confirmation & Rescheduling

You’ll receive a message or call up to 3 days prior to confirm your appointment. If confirmation isn’t received by the day before, your slot may be released so that others have an opportunity to be seen.

Need to reschedule? Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Your non-refundable retainer will carry over one time.

Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to a respiratory illness, including cold, flu, or COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment in advance. Your Pedicurist will extend the same respect for your health and time.

Client Mobile Appointment Checklist

Kindly review the checklist below to prepare for your Pedicurist’s arrival.

  • Easy parking access near entrance

  • A calm, distraction-free environment

  • Clean area, odor & fumes free

  • A sturdy chair or recliner

  • A nearby electrical outlet

  • A small or mid-size table

  • Adequate lighting and space

  • Pets secured in another room

  • Payment concluding service
     

Clothing Considerations

Please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing that allows easy access to your feet and lower legs. Shorts or loose-fitting pants are ideal. For your safety, avoid shaving within 24 hours of your appointment.

Sanitation, Disinfection & Sterilization

Implements are cleaned in 3-steps:

  1. Scrubbed & washed with antibacterial soap & hot water

  2. Disinfected with hospital-grade solution

  3. Sterilized using a professional heat sterilizer at the proper time & temperature
     

Your Pedicurist wears gloves, a mask, and foot covers during every service. Equipment and surfaces are cleaned between each client.​
