How do I schedule an appointment with Heal by Sole?

New clients submit the online appointment request including clear top and bottom images of both feet. Photos are required to determine the appropriate service level and pricing.• Availability options, service pricing, and retainer information will be sent after review.• Your appointment is confirmed once your preferred date/time is selected and the required retainer is submitted.• A brief welcome and confirmation call will take place prior to your first appointment.Important: If you need additional scheduling assistance, please call (804) 837-0920.

Where does Heal by Sole provide mobile services?

Heal by Sole Wellness Pedicures provides in-home concierge wellness pedicures throughout Chesterfield, Henrico, and select communities in Richmond's West End and South Richmond. Extended mobile concierge service is selectively available to Colonial Heights, New Kent, and parts of Petersburg, VA.Don't see your neighborhood listed? Contact Heal by Sole directly to check mobile availability for your location.Travel fees start at $25 for locations beyond a 20-minute radius.Service is not provided in rural areas, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, or assisted living communities. Multi-family residences are considered on an individual basis.

Can I use insurance or HSA/FSA for your services?

Heal by Sole does not accept traditional health insurance. However, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments are welcomed when supported by a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your physician or podiatrist.Please confirm eligibility with your plan before using an HSA or FSA card. If a transaction is declined, standard self-payment will be required at the time of service. Upon request, an itemized receipt can be provided for reimbursement submission.Examples of services that may qualify as part of your pedicure:
 • Diabetic foot care
 • Medically necessary nail trimming
 • Post-fungal treatment
 • Post-ingrown nail care
 • Excessive callus management
 • Foot care related to other documented health conditions

Can you help with ingrown toenails?

If you are experiencing redness, swelling, pain, or discharge, please immediately consult a podiatrist or your primary care provider. In many cases, discomfort may actually be the result of a curved toenail or buildup beneath the nail plate. These are concerns I can safely address, and I can evaluate your condition before your session to guide you toward the best next step.

Do you work with healthcare providers and accept patient referrals?

Absolutely! Heal by Sole welcomes referral partnerships with podiatrists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals seeking safe, clinical-grade foot care for their patients.Advanced wellness pedicure services support ongoing treatment plans for individuals managing diabetes, lymphedema, and other health conditions. Do you remove gel polish or acrylic toenails?

✔ Gel polish can be properly removed for an additional $30.
✘ Acrylic and polygel must be fully removed before your service.

What is your policy for inclement weather?

For safety and equipment protection, appointments are postponed during heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, and other hazardous travel conditions at the provider’s discretion. Clients will be notified by phone, and the retainer will transfer to a priority rescheduled date.
