Retainer Fee: Due upon scheduling to hold your appointment and applies toward your total cost. Appointments are automatically released within 24-hours for non-payment of the retainer fee.

Zelle and Square are accepted for retainer payment (no processing fee).
Remaining balance due at service.

You will be contacted 1-2 days prior to your appointment to confirm there are no changes to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your retainer fee will transfer to the next scheduled date.

Heal by Sole provides pedicure and foot care services within private homes and professional spaces. Because care is delivered in your environment, certain conditions must be met to ensure a clean and safe treatment experience.
Home and Space Requirements
The treatment area and surrounding environment must be clean, uncluttered, and free of active pest concerns. Pets must be secured away from the treatment space during the appointment. These standards protect both client and practitioner and allow services to be performed safely.

Illness & Inclement Weather
Please notify Shirish as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to a respiratory illness including cold, flu, or COVID-19. If a client appears unwell at the time of service, the session will be stopped and rescheduled for a later date, if applicable.

Appointments will also be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe travel conditions. You will be contacted promptly and offered the next available priority date.

Aseptic Cleaning Process
All reusable implements undergo a professional three step process: cleansing with antibacterial soap and hot water, hospital grade disinfection, and heat sterilization at the proper time and temperature.

Protective Measures During Service
Your Pedicurist wears gloves, a mask, and protective foot coverings during your service.
CLOTHING & SHAVING​
​
Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing that allows easy access to your feet and lower legs. Loose-fitting pants or shorts are ideal bottoms. Avoid shaving your legs within 24 hours of your appointment.
